Get Support

We offer technical support for users of Freehand Clinic Manager who subscribe to a support contract or who use our ASP On-Line Service. We provide On-Site Support (Read more..) and On-Line Support (Read more..). Information about how to access support is shown below.

Accessing The Service

By Telephone

Please contact our central number 0333 800 1383

A centralised voicemail messaging service is attached to this number so, if your call is not answered immediately, please leave a message giving the following information:

  • As much detail of your needs as possible so we can respond appropriately
  • Your name and which Clinic you are calling from
  • Your contact number
  • A time you would like to be contacted.

An electronic alert is automatically sent out to all team members and the first person available will contact you.

By Email

You can also use the dedicated email address issued to all authorised users (if you cannot remember it please contact us) and provide the same details as above. Your email will be transmitted to all members of the team and the first available person will contact you.

Support is available Monday to Friday during normal office hours 09.00 to 17.00.

Instant On-Line Help

On-Line Help Screens are available to all users from within Freehand by pressing F1. You will be presented with help screens relevant to the section of Freehand your are in.
