On Site Support

Support is only offered to clients who subscribe to a support contract or use our ASP On-Line Service.

We offer on-site technical support by arrangement at the request of our clients. Typically this would be because the client prefers a “face to face” service or where the issue involved demands it, especially for larger installations. On-site visits may often be the best way to handle the following requirements:

  • Clinic set-up
  • Installation
  • Updates
  • Technical Problems

On-site visits may not be covered under the support agreement, depending on circumstances. We will normally just charge mileage expenses for a site visit and not the time involved. We reserve the right to charge for time if the reason for the visit proves to be caused by something unrelated to Freehand. We will always agree the costs with you before any visit.
